I cannot express how grateful I am for the way my service dog Lea has been cared for at Veterinary Rehab. All the staff there is great and really care about their clients. However, Michael and Leah go above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of. Being a veteran with PTSD, my service dog is my anchor. Leah and Michael have been amazing helping me navigate this stressful situation. And best of all, my girl Lea is healing well. If your pet needs emergency care or rehab.... come here!!!!!

I went to put my beloved dog down after she could not stand…she was 13yo. The most important thing was for my girl not to suffer and to be put down as quickly as possible. In a most loving and kind way, Vet emergency care was able to do that for us. The staffs compassion and professionalism was apparent and deeply appreciated.

Everyone, from the front desk team, to the vet techs, to the vet, was attentive from when we arrived, to when we departed.

Our elderly dog had seizures and took a sharp downward turn. The vet walked us through all possible scenarios and options. I'm grateful for the guidance and support this team gave us, for how to help B the best. We did not want him to suffer any longer.

We received a card in the mail days after, that was filled with hand written notes with kind words.

This is not the happiest review, but I'm thankful to have gone to these guys in such a difficult phase in our lives.

Our experience at the clinic was really good, considering it was an emergency. All of the staff and especially the vet were very compassionate. They were all attentive to my kitty's needs and they were very easy to talk to, which helped us feel comfortable. I felt that my kitty was in good hands there.

Very disappointed in the aftermath of our visit. I was not informed to take off my 3.5 month old kittens bandage promptly after coming from an emergency visit for a seizure. I don’t even think the bandage should have been that tight in the first place. She had an extremely swollen leg only to be told “oh you were supposed to take it off” by staff when I called this afternoon. She was and still is in a lot of pain. Very negligent on their part, luckily another vet was able to remove the bandage and treat her. I would give zero stars if I could.

We had the unfortunate need several years ago to bring our dog for emergency services. The staff were extremely friendly and comforting at 1 in the morning. More recently, we had the circumstances to bring our Rottie pup for rehab of his broken leg at 6 weeks of age. Our vet was afraid his leg would need to be amputated. Thanks to the Great rehab staff, he is running around as an active pup should.

My dog unfortunately broke his foot today while we are out of town and he was with his sitter. She quickly rushed him here and they got him in and taken care of so quickly! The communication and care was outstanding! While we don’t want to need an emergency vet, I am so grateful for them. Bruno is home and healing.

Dr. Batts and team took excellent care of our dog, who swallowed a rope. After trying minimally-invasive screenings to identify the problem, we eventually had to move to surgery. The team was responsive, easy to get in touch with, and wrote very clear instructions for us. I was really impressed by their communication and caring. Thank you so much for supporting us!
