Waren im Februar 2013 in diesem Hotel. Top gepflegte Zimmer, sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, kurz: Rundum zufrieden||Sehr gutes Frühstück und im Rahmen der HP spitzenmäßiges Abendessen mit 5-6 Gängen||Sehr netter SPA-Bereich, nicht so riesig, aber gut gemacht und vollkommenausreichend||Sehr zentrale Lage! Bei genügend Schnee (ist meist!!) Ski anschnallen und bis zur Gondel fahren!

Wir sind gerade vom traumhaften Sommerurlaub in Lech zurück. Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, Zimmer und Bad sind groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ebenso sind eine Sauna, Dampfbad und ein Hallenbad vorhanden. Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum von Lech. Skilifte, Shopping, Lebensmittelgeschäfts sind zu Fuß in 2 min. erreichbar. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist das stets freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Personal inkl. Hotelchefin (Marion). Das Frühstück war sensationell, Croissant, diverse Vollkornbrote, Ham and Eggs, Rührei, Müsli, Joghurt, Obst,... Also ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Urlaub im Elisabeth in Lech.

Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen einfach super. Besonders Marion und Ihr gesamtes Personal sind überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und es wird einem jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Ganz toll ist auch die Gästekarte die es einem ermöglicht, jede Bahn gratis zu benützen. Marion, Toni wir kommen wieder!!!!!!!!!!

We had a family room (A3) which was spacious, clean and tidy. The sofa bed was not really that comfy for the kids (but they somehow managed to cope). The hotel environment was pleasant. The staff were all very polite, happy and helpful. The food was good and well served along with the wine. Lots of choice for breakfast and the packed lunches were great to take out for a picnic in the mountains. The indoor pool was just great to relax in after a long hike. A good hotel close to everything in Lech. Would recommend.

We were warmly welcomed, and made to feel cared for and at home the whole week. The rooms were a good size, had plenty of hot water at all times, and had comfortable beds with lovely linens and towels. ||The young team of staff were attentive but friendly too, and went to a lot of trouble t make our stay run smoothly, especially answering our ski questions! Chris the manager was great, and the new Chef Lee did an amazing job - fabulous flavours and presentation. Only small criticism was that the food cooled down a bit on the long trek from the kitchens to the table.||This was my third trip here, and it was definitely the best one, particularly the food. I will certainly travel with Ski total again, after such a lovely, comfortable and sociable ski trip to the fabulous resort of Lech.

My wife and I have just got back from a week at this chalet and we were really pleased with it. The food was good, they provided plentiful wine with the evening meal, lovely cakes at 4pm. The staff were excellent, polite and hard working. Rooms, although dated, were clean and the pool, sauna and steam room were also clean and great to use after a day on the slopes.

We travel with Ski Total and on arrival our rooms had been allocated. As I was travelling with my daughter who only likes a bath the team had arranged this for us.|The location is about a 3 to 5 minute walk from the ski hire and lifts and is very handy for shops. |The food in this hotel was lovely with choices on starters and main courses made the night before. But the best thing was how wonderful the team were with my daughter who is the fussiest eater in the world. She would choose what she wanted the night before and they always said yes. |The team were always friendly and accommodating the whole trip. |A very nice hotel, run extremely well by a young team who make your trip enjoyable.

Just returned from a fab week at the Chalet Hotel Elisabeth, run at the moment by Ski Total. The staff, led by hotel manager Chris, looked after us really well - they were cheerful, friendly, helpful and flexible and generally made our stay very enjoyable. Rooms were spacious with plenty of cupboard space, which is a treat in a ski resort, and views of the slopes. The lounge has a piano and a couple of enjoyable social evenings were had as a result with other guests staying at the chalet. Food was mostly very good with options you choose the night before, and plentiful wine and water. Cooked brekkie every day other than the (well deserved) staff day off. Its a bit of a schlepp to the lift, but then how often do you get to ski in ski out - 5 to 10 mins in ski boots (at a slow amble) to the main chair, or 5 to a long queue for the Rupikoff cable. Would definitely return if going back to Lech which is a great ski area.Lovely week and many thanks to the staff.
