Beth really pulled out all the stops to help make our day as special and memorable as possible. Her relaxed and approachable attitude to wedding planning was just our style. We never felt judged for suggesting we incorporate something unique or non-traditional into our ceremony or reception, and it resulted in us having a day that felt like a complete fairytale, with touches of our personality throughout. On the day, Beth was a wizard and everything unfolded as perfect as possible, because of her hard work behind the scenes. Where do I start.. firstly a huge THANK YOU to Beth and her team for their service at the grand opening of my new clinic. I found Beth’s company via social media and their reviews caught my eye straight away. I can’t fault the ladies and all they did to make my opening night one to remember. The mobile bar is spot on for any social event, especially if you want to impress your guests. Beth and the team catered for around 30 of us. I got to select 3 cocktails (which were some of the tastiest I’ve ever tried) and a generous flow of bubbles and wine.

The ladies are friendly, professional and really made the event special. Drinks were flowing for 4 hours and everybody at the party couldn’t speak more highly of Beth and her team. Beth suggested playing with the names of the cocktails to suit my business, it was a really nice touch and the tailored made menu with my logo on looked class.

Honestly can’t thank Beth and the team enough. If you’re looking to impress your guests from a small group to larger numbers, I’d recommend a million times over!

Beth guided us through the whole process and kept us honest - making sure we were on track and not leaving everything to the last minute! Working with Beth meant that we got the absolute most out of the day - without her we still would have had “a wedding”, but with her assistance we got all those little touches sorted that meant we had so much more… a magical day for everyone there that we will cherish forever.

Beth also arranged our wedding co-ordinator on the day, Toby Hawker, who made sure everything went seamlessly from setting up the venue to making sure people knew where to be and when. Beth was an absolute lifesaver when it came to planning our wedding. From the moment we reached out to her, it felt like a massive weight had been lifted.

We’re a couple who are always busy and couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery, but Beth came along and took care of everything from dealing with suppliers to any urgent issues that popped up, making the whole process much less stressful! Honestly, Beth was amazing. Getting her on board was the best decision we made in planning our wedding.

We had Beth as our on the day coordinator. Our wedding was ambitious; three venues, three outfits, over 20 suppliers, lots of DIY bits and over 200 guests. Thanks to Beth, we felt looked after, fully supported, and given the space we needed to appreciate and enjoy the day. It was an intimidating day, but having Beth in our corner calmed the nerves and meant we could be properly present in each moment. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, Beth took care of it all behind the scenes and it ran like clockwork. In the run up to the wedding the planning sessions were amazingly thorough, ensuring every part of the day was properly thought through and would run smoothly. Beth became the single point of contact for all our suppliers, which was huge for us. It removed an enormous amount of stress and helped catch some mistakes we’d made while making the bookings! Beth was also super flexible and understanding, agreeing to start working with us 2 weeks earlier than planned, listening to our slightly madder ideas, as well as handling last minute panicked requests with ease.

If you are having a less than traditional wedding, and are undecided about whether you need an on-the-day coordinator, we cannot recommend Beth’s services enough. Beth’s event management experience was so so valuable, she thought of so many details that would never have occurred to us and we now laugh about how the day would have ended up if we’d attempted to manage it ourselves. You don’t want to have all the ingredients for the best day of your life, and then spend the day itself worrying about transport, suppliers, guests or timings!

During a hen do weekend this pop up bar was just what we needed. The second night in everyone was a bit more subdued so having our own bar with personalised cocktails really upped the mood. The service was impeccable and the quality of drinks was fantastic! Such good value for money too
